Sandia Mountain Condo is a modern condo one half mile from Old Town and one mile from Downtown. 1,150 square feet on two stories with two bedrooms and one and a half baths. Queen bed and double bed can accommodate up to four adults. Features include a large deck off the master bedroom, outdoor seating in the private yard (ready by early 2009) and Bosch appliances including washer and dryer.. Minimum four nights stay. Available for long-term rental.
